Are there any registration or setup fees?
There are no setup, registration or other hidden fees.
How do I pay for these courses?
Payment can be made either by phone, cheque or BACS.
Payment must be made before full access to the suite is provided, once payment is received you will be issued with your login details and your year’s usage will begin.
Is the system complicated to use?
Although our Management of Information System (MIS) is extremely powerful, we designed it with the end user in mind. It is therefore simple to navigate and get the information you require.
As well as various help guides and video tutorials, we offer webinar training sessions - free of charge - to ensure you get the most out of the system.
How do we save trainee results and certificates?
Each individual organisation will have a Management of Information System (MIS), all users’ progress and results are stored within this.
Is your system secure?
We are the only provider of eLearning, HR, Care Certificate, DBS checking, video conferencing and policy management that has attained IS0 270001 accreditation in the UK. We manage our own servers and do not rely on third parties. We are fully GDPR compliant and are subject to regular auditing.
